As most of you will remember, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) enacted a law in 2008 called the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA). This act was in response to a number of public cases of tainted products reaching our children from countries like China, resulting in illness and death from children ingesting poisonous materials, mainly lead. After considering every possible option for our newest partner and track, WNYRacing has reached an agreement with its newest track and promoter. We will be announcing the location next week.

My recent photos had to be screened through my wife, which is far more stringent that the millenium digital imiging copyright act. Since the recent threats, I had all of my possesions switched to my wifes name, incase the silver hammer comes down on me!! haha
